Pacing Through the Day

Each day will offer a rhythm of practice, nourishment, depth, and spaciousness.

Mornings allow for time for a nourishing breakfast followed by time to journal, spend time in nature, and restorative practices.

We flow into Sacred Council, Yin Breathwork, and reflective practices.

And, into ceremony — a time to deepen access to the subconscious, paradigm shift, and access to the Field.

Our time together is structured to allow the central nervous system to open, metabolize, and to settle into a trust of a deep process with an open heart.
