Please join us for our Virtual Conscious Breathwork Series with Gurpreet Gill.
As we move through this period of great shift, transformation, and uncertainty in all aspects of our lives, please join us to remember, to reconnect to the greater energies of Faith, Grace, kindness, and of what truly matters to our lives.
Compared the the in-person session, this session is virtual and the breath pattern is gentler, softer to invite the fear and stress to dissolve and give way to a space of deep meditative healing.
This practice is safe, it is gentle, it invites us home to our center. To our connection to the Greater.
While I have maintained a long standing practice of holding sessions in person, this time of change is asking us to also change how we offer safe space for healing.
Private coaching/ healing/ Returning to Grace sessions are also available — via phone or video.
As are private virtual breathwork sessions.
I truly belive that in times of great dissolving of the norm, as now, that there are gifts, opportunties that are offered — a changing of the ways we live, what we prioritize, how we make choices in our day to day, our moment to moment. Call it a global vipassana or a dark night of the soul, change is here. How we relate to this time will pivot our experience with it. Change is often uneasy, challenging, difficult and can offer a whole new way of being and living.
Sometimes, things need to fall apart so we may rebuild something much magnificent.
Please join me as we step out of the mind and into the wisdom of our bodies, our healing and infinitely intelligent breath.
Masterfully facilitating the sober modality of Conscious Breathwork, Gurpreet gently guides you to connect with your own inner wisdom and guidance, to connect with the Great Mystery of life and of the greater energies of all creation, as you navigate yourself into the immense space of powerful transformation, healing, and awakening.
In this sacred container, you will experience a safe and held container for deep exploration of altered states of consciousness using your breath. You will access powerful yet gentle energies for healing on all levels — emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and more. The healing is often mystical and gorgeous in its nature as it involves the physical body, the mental, and the realm of spirt/ Spirit.

- your “nest” — yoga mat, pillow, eye mask, journal (set your nest up in a quiet room where you will not be disturbed by humans or pets)
