MAY 5TH IS RESCHEDULED TO JUNE 2nd due to the incoming winter storm
Dear Beloved Seekers and Community,
The May 5th session at the Starhouse has been proactively rescheduled to the evening of June 2nd due to the incoming intense winter storm — Starhouse is not confident they can assure the road up will be safe.
All tickets will be automatically transferred to June 2nd — if you are unable to make the new date, please contact me and a full refund will be offered.
Enjoy your evening at home by the fire with a warm beverage, while connecting to your breath — take several long deep inhales and longer exhales ![]()
I so appreciate your understanding — it is a night to err on the side of caution.
Love, G
⸻
For twelve years, seekers from across the Boulder–Denver community have gathered at the sacred Starhouse for evenings of profound breath, healing, and awakening with Gurpreet.
These Conscious Breathwork Circles have quietly become a beloved tradition — a space where people come to release what weighs on the heart, reconnect with their deeper truth, and remember the sacred intelligence that lives within the breath.
Whether this is your first breathwork experience or part of a long spiritual journey, you are warmly welcomed. No previous experience is necessary.
⸻
The Experience
During this powerful evening, you will be guided through a conscious breathwork journey designed to help release emotional tension, expand awareness, and reconnect you with your inner wisdom.
Breathwork is one of the most natural and profound ways to access healing and expanded states of consciousness — using nothing more than the immense intelligence of our breath itself. This is a sober offering, please arrive honoring this principal.
Each journey is unique. Some experience emotional release, clarity, or deep peace. Others connect to profound states of insight, creativity, or spiritual awareness; or, simply to connect with a state of deep relaxation.
Each experience is unique, every single time — the breath will meet you with love, wherever you are ready to be met.
Some beloved community members have been attending for years with profoundly moving experiences, each unique.
⸻
Your Guide
This evening will be facilitated by Gurpreet K. Gill, a master breathwork facilitator known for creating deeply safe, grounded, insightful, and compassionate healing spaces since 2014.
For over a decade, Gurpreet has guided individuals and communities through transformative breathwork journeys at the Starhouse as well as facilitating group and private retreats — both sober and with plant medicine.
Her work integrates traditional conscious breathwork with elements from her spiritual lineage, including Simran, a contemplative practice originating within the Sikh tradition — offered gently as an optional exploration within the breath journey.
Participants often remark on the depth of safety, presence, and heart-centered guidance she brings to this work.
⸻
What Breathwork Can Support
Participants often experience:
• Deep stress release and nervous system reset
• Emotional healing and clearing of stored tension
• Greater connection to intuition and inner guidance
• Expanded states of consciousness and spiritual insight
• Increased clarity, creativity, and sense of purpose
• A profound sense of connection — to self, others, and the sacred
Breathwork is a sober, natural modality — no substances or plant medicines are involved.
⸻
